Student grants
We are pleased to announce that funding opportunities for students are available now, application deadline is 15 June 2025. Please check the grants page for more details on the available grants and on how to apply. In order to apply for a grant, students must first register for the congress. Simply select the offline payment method during the registration process if you do not wish to pay in advance before your grant application has been decided.
Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may be unable to attend and wish to request a refund. Our cancellation policy allows you to request a refund up to 30 days before the congress starting date. However, please note it will be necessary to deduct a small fee from the refunded amount in order to recover processing charges that might apply, such as PayPal fees.
If you wish to cancel your registration and to request a refund, please contact us. We will process your refund request as soon as possible. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method selected during the registration process, minus the aforementioned processing fee if applicable.
